The Audio block adds a player for a sound file, such as a podcast episode, a recorded message or a sample track.

Your browser may be showing a copy it saved earlier. Open the page in a private window, or press Ctrl + F5 to reload it fresh (Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac).
If your site has a caching plugin, clear its cache too. There is usually a button for it in the bar along the top of the dashboard. Still the old version after a few minutes? Ask whoever looks after your site to clear the server cache.

The Audio block adds a player for a sound file, such as a podcast episode, a recorded message or a sample track. You can upload a file or choose one from the Media Library, and add a caption.
Audio files use hosting space too, so a regular podcast usually sits better on a podcast service, linked or embedded from there.
