If your site has a caching plugin, clear its cache too. There is usually a button for it in the bar along the top of the dashboard. Still the old version after a few minutes? Ask whoever looks after your site to clear the server cache.

Categories group your posts by broad topic, such as Projects, News or Advice. Visitors can browse every post in a category, and many themes show the category name on each post.
Keep the list short and settle on it early, because lots of categories with one post each are hard to browse. Every post needs at least one category. If you don't choose one, WordPress uses the default, which is often called Uncategorised until someone renames it.
